Our company was founded in 2007 by Brandie Fennell Duncan, who today serves as our Chief Efficiency Officer and Owner.  In addition to guiding Get Efficient through its rapid growth, Brandie has helped fine-tune our value proposition and deliver results-driven efficiency solutions to our clients.

Owner & Chief Efficiency Officer of Get Efficient Inc. Brandie Fennell Duncan couples Toyota’s Lean Process improvement methodology with technology to streamline processes in associations across the nation.  Mrs. Duncan has spent her entire professional career serving the non profit community on both the staff and consultant side.   Her career began at the Urban Land Institute where she gained hands on experience working in membership, committees, conferences, fundraising and marketing.  She then migrated to the consulting world working for Orange Systems (Oracle based AMS), Applied Business Systems (1st iMIS Solution Provider) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Accounting & Audit).  

Prior to starting up Get Efficient, Mrs. Duncan led the information technology department as the CIO of the Mortgage Bankers Association.  Brandie's creative approach, technological experience, and management abilities make her Get Efficient’s master solution architect.  She can help her clients map processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and develop a plan to move forward. With her team approach to business, Mrs. Duncan will make sure to match your organization with the consultant that can best meet your specific needs.   At home Brandie stays busy with her three daughters ages 15 -22 and oversees a small zoo.
