Brandie Fennell is the Chief Solutions Architect, Founder and CEO at Get Efficient, Inc.  Prior to opening Get Efficient, she led the information technology department as the CIO of the Mortgage Banker's Association.  Get Efficient was her dream as was the team that makes it all happen.  She couples Toyota's LEAN process improvement methodology with technology to streamline processes in associations across the nation.  Her creative approach, technology experience and management abilities make her our master solution architect.  She'll help you to map processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and develop a plan to move forward.  Using a team approach, Brandie is able to match your organization with the consultant who can best meet your specific needs. 

At home Brandie stays busy with her three daughters ages 6- 13 and oversees a small zoo.
