Cape Coral, FL (May 20, 2015).  Get Efficient announces the release of a new comprehensive service to support associations with their Association Management Systems (AMS).  The service picks up after an implementation has been made of an associations’ key software infrastructure, the AMS.  Get Efficient’s new Managed Service allows the association to get all it needs from the system without paying expensive hourly consulting fees.

Typically the AMS software does 80% of what an association needs, leaving the organization with consulting and development work post implementation.  A typical association does not have the skilled staff to manage the backend of an AMS or develop reports and queries.  “That’s where Get Efficient steps in.  Our new Managed Services picks-up the process after implementation is over,  with a single focus of making sure the organization is able to do the business of the association,”  said Brandie Fennell Duncan, Get Efficient CEO.  Duncan continued, “An association can utilize our new service, benefiting from a team of experts at a low monthly price, or find a consulting company, charging hourly fees, which may just add up to as much as the software costs itself.”

The new Managed Service brings together a dedicated project manager always familiar with the account, CIO support, unlimited query development, transitional training and learning for association staff, a review of business processes and LEAN business process mapping, report writing, creation of reports, help desk support and much more.
