Brandie Fennell Duncan couples Toyota’s Lean Process improvement methodology with technology to streamline processes in associations across the nation.  Mrs. Duncan has spent her entire professional career serving the non profit community on both the staff and consultant side.   Her career began at the Urban Land Institute where she gained hands on experience working in membership, committees, conferences, fundraising and marketing.  She then migrated to the consulting world working for Orange Systems (Oracle based AMS), Applied Business Systems (1st iMIS Solution Provider) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Accounting & Audit).
